These richly coloured snow peas are mostly a deep purple with the occasional green pod. These are grown at a sustainable farm in Cornwall and harvested while young at their best. They bend and curl, giving each pod a unique fingerprint.
With a pleasant and mildly bitter flavour. These are best used raw but may be slightly steamed, microwaved or sautéed.
These have been seen on the table at famous restaurants. The Royal Snow Pea makes a stunning appearance, especially when balanced with the green pods.
